Our eco approach:
Working in harmony.
Working in harmony with nature is key to our approach at Field of Joy, we try to manage the smallholding in an as gentle and environmentally sustainable way as possible.
Support biodiversity.
We use our animal manure in the vegetable garden and aim to support biodiversity in our gardening, animal, and land management.
Re-wilding.
We cross-graze our animals on parts of the land and have other sections that are dedicated to rewilding and native wetland wildflowers. We are caring for and adding to our native hedgerows and wildflower meadow, through sensitive management and replanting.
